Multisport Mastery was founded by Elizabeth Waterstraat, a life-long endurance athlete who has competed at both the amateur & professional level. As a multi-sport coach, Elizabeth holds a wide variety of certifications including USA Triathlon Level II, USA Triathlon Youth & Junior, USMS Level 3, Training Peaks University, Precision Nutrition & RRCA.
